Biography: Assistant Surgeon 3 January 1846: appointed to the Staff 25 November 1850; Surgeon 18 December 1862. Stationed at Baroda 1847; on Field Service in 1848; appointed to Scinde Camel Corps 12 May 1849; to 2nd Troop Horse Artillery 25 November 1850; to 4th Troop Horse Artillery 12 January 1853; to 106th Foot 1862; Deputy Medical Storekeeper, Ahmedabad 1864. Died Ahmedabad 7 April 1865. Service: Punjab; Persia and Indian Mutiny. Decorations: Punjab (Mooltan bar); India 1854 (Persia bar); Indian Mutiny (Central India bar).
