Pole was a Quaker who practised in London and then in Bristol. Russell British Anatomy 665, ESTC T114732. Bound in quarter leather on marbled boards which are in poor condition with losses to corners, soiled and rubbed. Front hinge loose. Text block top dusted, while the contents are very clean with only the occasional mark or soiling. Minor offsetting of plates, while the folding plates (2) reveal some handling.
