The other 24 plates have been reproduced from those in RCP, London. Contains separate commentary by Harold Attwood, Attwood signed reprint from Lancet 1985 on dissection of Samuel Johnson's lung and various news clippings. Very good volume condition leather bound with gold embossed border and spine title and flourishes, top page edges, dentelles, in maroon velvet slip cover.
