Leila Topp was married to Arthur Topp (Melbourne Review), and it appears that Ina Gregory was her niece. Gregory trained at the National Gallery School and under E. Phillips Fox at the Melbourne School of Art. Also, a friend of Violet Teague.
Thin card cover with applied leaf form title is in poor condition. Major loss to top RH corner and edges with losses. Remnants of silk ribbon inside. Butterfly decorated back cover with similar losses. Authors gift inscription to Gib Schluter to fly leaf. Untrimmed heavy rag paper leaves have occasional spots, not overt. A couple of pencil corrections to the text. Well stapled. Uncommon.
