Richard Johnson arrived with the first fleet and held his solo clerical position for 6 years until the arrival of Samuel Marsden.
Original maroon cloth boards are marked and edge worn, rubbed spine ends. Fine cracking to internal hinges.
Owners ink inscription to ffep. Title page foxed, the remainder being very clean and straight, binding good.
