Noted that a levy of half a penny per pound of unimproved capital of rateable land for the construction of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, reclamation of The Spit and discussion on building a Spit Bridge and much other interesting paragraphs on the development of Mosman. 1930 gift inscription from the Mayor, Alexander Buckle to a Councillor Eckford of Namoi Shire.
Gilt Mosman logo decorated brown cloth boards are in good condition, a little wear to the top and bottom of the spine. Contents are very clean and well bound. (23x15cm)
