Title, 7 leaves, 176 pp. Woodcuts throughout. Two, opposite D7v and E7v, tipped in and bottoms folded up, both included in page numbering. Alberti was professor at Wittemburg. His anatomy was first printed in 1583 and again in 1585. He clearly describes and illustrates the values of the veins and also the inclusion bones in the sutures of the skull usually named after Ole Worm (1588-1655). Later full tan leather binding has some staining and spine sunned. Toned text with some damp staining to the top margin. Overall unhandled and good. Refer to images.
