Sarah, as a child, arrived in Adelaide with her parents (Charles Price) in 1853. This book deals with her years on Hindmarsh Island where Price established Hereford cattle and other agricultural pursuits. Map is a reproduction of the Pullin's Royal Navy chart of 1839. Silver stamped papered boards are edge worn, with splits and losses to the spine. Offsetting and later gift inscription to front pastedown. Contents clean and straight, binding holding. Uncommon.
