This is hand written, not printed c1808. Thomas Tegg's published cartoon 'The Bear, the Monkey, the Turkey and the Bull, or the true cause of the Russian War' 1807 (corner chipped), attributed to Isaac Cruikshank, cartoons from the 'Satirist' 1809, others pub. by E. King 1829, Hunt 1827, etc. 62 cartoons in colour, 13 in black & white.
