Surgeon Captain in 1893; Surgeon Major & Major in 1905. Lt Colonel (R.M.A.C.(T)) in 1911 with command 3 Home Counties Field Ambulance. Lecturer and Examiner St Johns Ambulance Association. Lecturer St Johns Ambulance Metropolitan Police. Fellow of Huguenot Society: Late Medical officer Hastings and St Leonards Provid. Dispensary; Surgeon Limerick Lying-in Hospital: Honorary Secretary of the Volunteer Medical Association.
