Glass Plate Negatives - Afghan Fruit Vendor, Glamour etc.
Lot comprises a box of 16 dry plate negatives and 3 cut film negatives. There is a mixture of 'glamour' poses, an Afghan door to door fruit vendor, timber getters ox team (2), and a couple of group/house subjects.
Photographer was Alan Evans, the house and vendor likely Arncliffe late 1930s. Evans was the staff photographer for the George Davis group of companies which included Davis Gelatine, Cockatoo Docks & Engineering, and Glen Davis shale oil plant. Overall well preserved negatives.
