Boer War Magic Lantern Slides
Six slides, four with hand written titles. One bears photographers name, 'Ed Beernaert's Dry Plate Company.'
Titles are: 'Boer Camp in the Veldt', 'Battery Crossing Draghoender Drift' (cracked cover glass, photo intact), 'Postmaster Draghoender receiving news relief of Mafeking', 'Race Meeting Draghoender'.
The remaining 2 show a Scottish Regimental Parade and a tent encampment.
All except one (Boer Camp) are sharply focused and have good contrast.
Some of the paper bindings have losses but overall good for age. (8.5x8.5cm)
