Early 20th C Afghan Regulation Khukuri, Type 3. Made at the Kabul Arsenal during the reign of Emir Abdur Rahman Khan. Large blade with two short fullers close to the spine. Deep stamped Kabul Arsenal marks. Brass bolster, threaded tang with square nut to pommel. Leather covered scabbard with frog belt suspension. (L51.5cm)
